Is it shareware or freeware? In the license sign shareware, upper sign freeware, which is true?

1. OneNote is always free.
2. MSACCESS.exe, misc.exe, msworkst.exe are NEVER used to install OneNote, it is used to install MS Access.
3. If you OneNote, download the latest copy directly from MS via the Windows App Store or the Mac App Store. Not through this highly suspicious link offering a 5MB file (OneNote is 400+MB, not 5MB).
