IObit Uninstaller is a very good program. It completely removes unwanted programs, not leaving any remnants behind. Sometimes when you use a program's own uninstaller, the computer may restart. When your windows comes back, IObit Uninstaller will inform you that some residual elements of the uninstalled program need to be removed. Then you can thoroughly remove remaining traces left over.
